While I strongly believe that Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the most effective path out of OCD and anxiety, how we use ERP is always personalized. We move at a pace that feels challenging but manageable, and treatment is shaped around your needs, preferences, and goals. Therapy is a collaborative process—you’re never pushed without support—and the goal is to help you build confidence, flexibility, and long-term freedom from anxiety.
