What is the fee for services?
Fees range from $150 to $200 per session.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I participate with the following insurances. 

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield 

• UPMC

• Cigna 

• United Healthcare

• Aetna

• Peak Healthcare

What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the session. The reason for this policy is that the appointment time is being held specifically for you. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, I am not able offer that slot to someone else.  Late cancellation and missed appointment fees are not reimbursed by insurance companies.
